Location: West of Downtown Los Angeles and Dodger Stadium, on Sutherland Street, off Sunset Blvd. Six
(6) blocks East of Glendale Blvd / Three (3) blocks West of Elysian Park Blvd.
Driving North or West: Get to the 101 North Freeway. Drive past downtown Los Angeles and past the 110
Freeway Interchange. Take the next exit - Echo Park / Glendale Ave. Exit. At the exit, go straight and drive
North (the park will be on the left) to Sunset Blvd. Turn Right onto Sunset Blvd. and drive four blocks.
Make a Left on Sutherland (you will see a Orange and Brown restaurant building at the corner), and drive
to the end of the street.
Driving South or East: Get to the 101 South Freeway. Take the Alvarado Exit, and make a left / North to
Sunset Blvd. (about 5 long blocks). Make a Right (East) on Sunset and drive past Glendale Blvd.
and Echo Park Ave. Go four (4) blocks Past Echo Park Blvd. and make a Left on Sutherland (you will see a
Orange and Brown restaurant building at the far left corner), and drive up the hill to the end of the street.

Get to Dodger Stadium’s STADIUM WAY (South and West of Dodger Stadium). West of Dodger
Stadium, STADIUM WAY leads to ELYSIAN PARK AVE.
At Elysian Park Ave. heading WEST, there will be a barricade and if the police stop you, tell them you
must get to church and that you will not go onto Sunset Blvd., and they will let you through. There
should be a sign stating "Access to Church Only" at the barrier.
BE INSISTENT. THEY MUST LET YOU THROUGH.
Take Elysian Park Ave. West toward Sunset Blvd. about 2/3rds of the way, and make a right turn on a
short one-way street LILAC TERRACE. This leads to DOUGLAS AVE.
Make a left on Douglas Ave. and almost immediately make a right onto a small wedge of a street along
Sunset (this is usually not closed), and make a right turn onto QUINTERO.
Drive up the steep hill on Quintero to MACBETH and make a left (you cannot go any other way). At the
“T”, make a right onto SUTHERLAND to Church.
**If there are any problems with the Police at the barricade, please phone 323-224-6562 (L.A. CITY
TRAFFIC) even on Sunday.
They assure all that access to church will be no problem.
